Me and OH claim as a couple for Child Tax Credit.

I have just realised he has not told them we are now married. We got married August 2016.

Will we get in trouble for this?. Anyone had the same issue?

No you won't get into trouble just give them a ring and change your name. I did the exact same thing when I got married almost 3 years ago
