Tayden for a boy!?!? Or kireav!?!?!

So this whole time I have been calling my little boy Tayden James and I'm not so sure I even like it anymore. He has 2 older 1/2 brothers named Jayden & Braedyn...I didnt intentionally make it match I just like it cause it doesnt seem like such a MANLY name like my sons name is Thomas and that is such a big name for a little boy. I want a boy name but not so STRONG/MANLY sounding. All suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!!! I was kind of thinking Kireav....like Alex Kireav on Greys Anatomy!?!? is that too obsessive!?!? its different and I'm sure not many others would have it!!!

Tayden is cool... i have never heard of it! Although i personally wouldn't choose names that rhyme. For instance, my son's name is Jayden and i LOVE the name Caiden but i wouldn't want rhyming names! I don't watch Grey's Anatomy so i have absolutely no idea how to pronounce Kireav??

I really like Alexander / Alex as someone else suggested... or how about Tristan? I think that is a very nice boy's name yet it's not overly manly... and it goes well with Thomas!

The surname is Karev, and I think using that or kireav, people will mispronounce and misspell it often.

Yep, thats the spelling from grey's and it's pronounced as it's spelled. I was really toying with Cobain (Coby for short) at the begining of my pregnancy, so I'm just as obsessive. Tayden sounds too similar imo, sorry.
