Yeah, I wouldn't worry too much Lincoln Girl. My OB said that it's perfectly normal to not feel movement at this stage, although some women do. She also said not to worry if you feel the baby move one day and nothing the next day because movements don't become regular till the 3rd trimester.

I'm still here, was on vacation for 10 days and got home yesterday. Can't wait til Thursday for my ultrasound! I have been feeling movements for the last 3 or 4 weeks. Somedays there are a lot, others not much at all. DH did get to feel it twice and see it once. He has been gone most of the pregnancy so far, but I got to see him while on vacation so it was nice. So many of us have ultrasounds next week, hope all the beans cooperate so we can all find out what we are having!

i cant wait untill weds and thurs every1 has ultrasounds i hope every1 post pix so we can all see them...i know i will for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think our babies are still sleeping pretty much most of the time and if they are facing into your back then you wont feel them either, I would not worry Lincoln girl, especially as you heard the hb on Wednesday mine was having a party on Wednesday night it was on the go non stop, then nothing Thursday, I even got the doppler out to hear hb as was worried, and today the odd fluttering.. its having a v good snooze! lol

saying that last night i think baby was having a party in there. I had a hypo (blood sugar went very low) and then i obviously treated it with the fast acting sugar and baby was going loopy in there. It just felt like my tummy was all fizzy and tingly. but since then nothing. I just want to feel a proper kick.x

im just getting the wiggles to hun still not the proper kick yet. mine jumps more than it does any kicking i think it thinks its on a trampoline or something. when i feel it more its more like a roll/fish flopping in water because its the whole body move not just the leg. ive even seen it doing it on the ultrasound machine

Lincoln girl - this is my second baby as well and i just realy started feeling kicks in the last couple of days. Still not all teh time, usually for 10 minutes or so in the morning and then nothing all day. I was panickig as well as a lotof girls seem to feel kicks really really early with second babies and I hadn't felt anything. I reckon you'll be getting some kicks before next week is out!

I don't have a doppler as I know I would get proper obsessed and would have the thing strapped to me 24/7 It just means I panic a lot and fear the worst

I have my scan on wednesday too! eek!

sma - sorry you are havign a hard time with your other half. Try not to make any rash decsions whilst you are pregnant as your hormones really will be all over the place. i hope things start to feel better bewteen the two of you really soon

i just got my doppler in the mail today ladies i wasnt expecting it untill next week but it came early and i found LOs heart beat already and i love it i could just sit and listen all day!!! OH got to hear it to, and now when im upset i have something to calm me down again

I love my doppler, i was worried I would become obssessed with my history but I just listen to it when I want reassurance or to feel closer to the baby, who has been very very quiet since its party on Wednesday night and I am desperate to feel him/her kick me! or at least give me constant bubbles to feel lol, not asking a lot am I!

I have a scan on Wednesday but its not an official scan, its to help the consultants with their training, though I am hopeful they will see what team we are on and tell me all is ok, my official 20 week scan is next week on the 18th May...

well ladies my ultrasound is today in a few hours and im so excited to c my LO and hopefully find out what were having!!!!! i hope everything is ok in there and LO is growing the way it should since im not gaining much weight

Had 20 week scan - all healthy which is great! Baby wouldn't open legs so couldn't get gender she said she didn't see any boy bits while doing other checks but she can't say its a girl without seeing girl bits. Estimated weight 11oz - well within normal both for weight and size.

Gonna try n save cash for private gender scan if I can - soooooooo wanna know!

But for now - (with the hint of pink maybe)

We had our 20 week scan today, all fine with bubs, wanted to stay team yellow so didn't look too hard for fear of seeing any bits!

oh no sorry u didnt get to see. i hope that doesnt happen to me, im going to drink a soda in a min so LO is awake and moving by the time we get there. LO usually wake up and gets moving in there about this time anyways hopefully it sleeps in like this when its born

We found out today we are team I drank orange juice about 40 mins before the scan and baby was moving round but not manic!!

Yep congrats to everyone else who had their scans! Mine went great today, thank goodness all seems well with baba, he/she was all curled up but then moved a few times. I have an anterior placenta apparently. They put me a week ahead! I had guessed this might happen as I knew for certain we conceived on New Year's Eve! So we're still team yellow as they don't tell you the gender here, though going by the head shape I'm thinking maybe another boy, any guesses?
