Congrats, and beautiful scan pics everyone! :flower:

I can't wait for my 20-week scan...just 7 more days to go! :happydance: Still a little nervous though--I just want everything to be alright. :cloud9:

Cute pics of your baby girls Acetoast and Sma! :happydance:

Docility, hope your scan goes well, try not to worry.

Kissingtoast pity you didn't find out the gender of your baby for sure. Can you change my due date at the start of this thread to 23rd September please? Cheers.

congratulations to all who have had their scans. 5 days to go for me!!

good luck hun, hope baby is good for you and everything is ok....i could not wait a day after 20 weeks i dont know how you do it

well i guess u will have a better chance at seeing what bubs is......mine was pretty clear at 20 weeks though....i was trying to get an app earlier than what i had and they wouldnt let me lol

My birthday is the day after tomorrow! :happydance: Then we get to see our LO the following day! :cloud9:

For the past couple of days, LO has been extremely active...sometimes just as I'm trying to fall asleep--how convenient, right? :haha: I honestly don't mind because I love feeling the little life that's inside me. :cloud9:

We're signed up for childbirth education classes this July (it's just 2 classes during the same weekend). I heard that it's really useful to learn your hospital's policies and protocol before the big day. Anyone else signed up or planning on signing up for childbirth education classes?

We had our 20 scan today, he is all on track bless him, so we are v excited & relieved to get the all clear!

Kissingtoast, can you move my EDD to 29/9 as I am having a c-section that day, so I will def getvto meet him then!

i might sign up for the classes just dont know when. this is my first so i kinda want to know what to expect as far as how our hospital does things

This is my first too...my OB told me that childbirth education classes are especially useful for first timers.

we are team :pink: :happydance: im so happy!!!

Scan all went well and all is fine with baby. oh an i think my reduced movements is because my placenta is at the front. Hubby is a tad disappointed as he wanted a boy but he is happy really. Mayze is thrilled to be having a sister xxx

Here she is :cloud9:Mia Grace

yay another pink!!!!!!!!!!!!!! were gonna have lots of sept/oct little girls here...

i have decided were going to do our room in a beach theme and shes going to be in with us so even though i would have everything pink im trying to fit OH in on the color things to so were doing brown and baby blue with all our stuff to match with our bedspread...... so i went today and bought the letters for over her crib and im going to put shells on them that i got from the beach a few days before i found out i was prego with her

As a gift, my grandmother is offering to pay for us to go to a class. She wants us to take a newborn class rather than the childbirth class... I am not sure how I feel about it. The classes are 100 dollars each, so I cannot do both and we need help with other things for LO too. What do you think is more important?

I didn't take any childbirth classes with either of my kids. I know some people who took them and they helped and others not so much. I hope you can decide which is a better option for you.

It's my birthday today! I just can't wait to see LO tomorrow morning!!! :cloud9: I had trouble falling asleep last night cause I'm so nervous about the scan. :dohh:

That's really nice of your grandmother! Hmm...If I had to choose between childbirth education classes and newborn classes, I'd probably choose childbirth education classes cause I really want to know my hospital's labor & delivery policies and procedures before the big day...then again, I'm not the best person to ask cause my mother's a retired pediatrician and I know she'll be my best source of information when it comes to taking care of a newborn once our LO is born. Yep, I'll be running to my mommy for help! :baby: :haha:

I really think you should try to find out what the syllabus for each class looks like--having a better idea of what material each class covers will help you make a more informed decision when it comes to choosing a class. :winkwink: Best of luck deciding! :hugs:

I had my 20-week scan this past weekend! LO appeared to be healthy...and we're on team blue! :blue: We actually picked out his name before we even knew we were having a boy...I can't wait to meet our little Liam. :cloud9:

At first when the ultrasound technician was performing the scan, I couldn't see the screen and I was dying to see! My hubby could see everything though...not fair! :haha: After she finished taking all the necessary shots, she turned the screen so I could see. I had my legs crossed as I was lying on the stretcher and when she turned the screen so I could finally see, I noticed that the baby's little legs were crossed too! :cloud9: It was SO adorable.<3

Then I asked her if the legs we crossed the whole time--worrying that we wouldn't be able to determine the baby's gender--and she said she already took a potty shot before turning the screen and asked us to take a guess before she told us we were having a little boy. :cloud9:

I couldn't possibly be happier! I'll try to post the scan pic she gave me later--that is, if I can get my scanner to work. :winkwink:

yay! More team blue! :) Was starting to feel alone with all of the team pink's in here!
