yup! As i got my positive opk on cd83...tested 10 dpo on a frer (well...it was EXTREMELY faint) then tested 11dpo on a superdrug and got a clear line! So i did another frer and right enough...clear line- so the difference of a day getting a line and the days since the positive opk meant i know when i ov'd so i deffo know im no more than 5 weeks!! You can calculate your EDD from conception rather than LMP and it proves i am actually 5 weeks! So it is definitely possible to have missed 3 periods and only just be pregnant! And when i tested at 10dpo that was cd92! So you could well test negative right now so late in a cycle...even if you are pregnant! Also on this thread Rabbit has just got her bfp on cd131!! Not everyone ovulates smack-bam in the middle of the month!! No matter what month it is!!

im so pleased for you hun. to go from being regular for 9 years to missing 3 periods and being completely healthy (no pcos/thyroid issues) is unnerving for me, so hopefully i get my BFP soon xxxxxxxxx

iv had bloods done on me and eveything was normal...hormone levels, thyroid, not anemic etc etc....and not got pcos. So sometimes our bodys just take a little bit longer than normal! Although i wasnt ever really 'regular' as such...my last cycle was 46 days before this mammoth one! Have you been to the doctors for bloods to check for hcg? Altho as i said it could be too early...?

the digi's are great things aswell btw if you are ever in doubt...mine confirmed that i was right...i had concived 1-2 weeks ago (well i was when i took the digi) so i was comepltely 100% i was only 4 weeks gone!

Not sunk in yet, everytime i think about it I worry!

I keep getting twinges, and sometimes like period pains although i've never really suffered with period pains. Some very strange gurgling noises are happening tooo........ x x

well hopefully those are all good things rabbit. I really hope this sinks in now and you can enjoy being pregnant. woop woop!!!

I have been having cramps every day now for a week. Am getting myself all worked up into a frenzy that am so scared my temp will drop and it'll be another 100 days until something happens. I am so tired today and a small part of me thinks I am pregnant, but then I don't want to get my hopes up.

How's everyone else?

Chele- I was like that with my temps, even when they dropped slightly, i'd be wishing the day away so I could take it again the next day and hope it was back up! x x

But at the end of the day I should just be happy if I have ovulated even if it's not ending in a bfp.

So is it just you and your partner who know, are you telling anyone else or waiting a couple of months? xx

Just me OH, and a very close friend who's been there throughout the ectopic saga and has got a 3 month old baby boy for me to dote on. I am not telling anyone else until I'm good and ready (probobly about 30 weeks). OH wants to tell his brother in a few weeks but I'm trying to dissuade him!

I now need to think up some really good not drinking stories....... we're going out for OH birthday in 2 weeks, then I've got a hen do to go to (which I organised and told everyone they were not permitted to drive and had to drink!!!!), and a wedding the week after...... any excuses greatly appreciated, I've already thought of the old antibiotic one

ahh you see, i used the 'im on antibiotics' one for my friends 21st and the wedding iv just been to...but also you could use the money excuse? 'Im skint'? therefore cant afford taxis and will just drive -just say your doing the honorable thing as the host/organiser of the hen doo!!! Sacrifcing your own 'enjoyment' for the bride!! No one ever really qns the money one...its a bit sensitive! Or you're not feeling 'great' and have a high temp so not drinking...?

its kinda fun knowing that your pregnant and thinkin of excuses (im enjoying not everyone knowing just now!...tomorrow it'l be a different story and il want 12 weeks to hurry up so we can scream it in the street- LOL!)

Ah u girls it's so fab

Well I am totally pi55ed off . As you know I went to the dr again 3 weeks ago and was being referred to Jessops to the FS. I now get a letter this morning that she's looked into it further and because of the way referral works I need to go back to her to get medication to start my period and then do all the bloods. She told me there that she would refer me as she knows I have problems and now I'm told I have to do the bloods before referral

I presume this is so my FS doesn't have to do them?

So not only has it taken 3 weeks for her to tell me this, but now I am not getting a referral any time soon. Also means I have to arse around making excuses at work to my suspicious department about why I need to go to the doctors again, and then again for cd1, then again for bloods, then again for cd21, then for the results - so an extra 4 appointments I could have done with not having.

Am sooooooo angry. Must be the way my PCT works but will ask when i shout on the phone on monday. Doubt I'll get a FS appointment this year now........... Grrrrrr

Can you sense I am angry??!!!

I'm back with some good news for you. I got my this morning, CD 31. (pic and details are in my journal for those interested)

Last cycle was 91 days. Normally my cycles were anywhere from 33 days, to 45 days, and last cycle was my longest at 91 days.

I just found out last month that I have PCOS so this was totally unexpected for me.

Chele huni im sorry about the pushing back of the refferal, really sucks Hopefully because they know you've had this for a while they will try get these bloods quickly...i know at the very least its another month but hopefully that just means the FS can hurry things along when you get your app and no faffing about....you never know, possibly the bloods will show something, improvement, good levels? As for your work well they can keep bloody guessing then cant they!! Just give them any excuse you dont owe every detail of your private life to them! big hugs for you hun

Feeling a bit better today in that my temp has gone up again - hoping it's a good sign and hoping I def ovulated - why else would my temp be so high?

they specialise in hormones, think my hormones must have come back a bit low so the doc has refferred me to the endocrinologist as well as the gyno as the gyno can only do so much with my hormones.... hopefully they will be able to sort me out xx
