well ladies
I took my temp.................. and chickened out!!!

With me being so unsure of my actual dpo as I still don't believe FF I daren't do one. Also my temp dropped just slightly. Still well above cover line - take a look. The cramping stopped but I had some more this morning on the way to work and keep thinking AF is starting, but it's just not quite the same type of cramp, stronger than the last week, but still not 100% AF type cramp. I also had a pain in my left ovary so was thinking it might be trying to squeeze another eggy out, but my OPK yesterday afternoon was only a faintish line.

So..........I'll poss try another OPK tonight and see what that does and then consider an HPT tomorrow

You are rubbish! only joking!

Maybe it is better to wait cos testing early and it coming back positive just gives you more time to worry between finding out and seeing that bean is ok....... Every spare moment of my day is spent worrying that something is going to go wrong. I'm booked in for a scan next wed and already feeling sick at the thought! It was meant to be the Monday but I had to change it because we are incredibly short staffed at work, in hindsight I should have just left it as it was (monday) for my own sanity, and let work struggle......

How do you have to patience to not test when you've waited so long to be in the 2ww, i'd be testing every day if i thought there was the tiniest change lol

Rabbit! You're all booked in for your scan then yeah!? exciting stuff eh....is it a private early one or nhs one? What will you be by then? Im just curious as i got my 1st nhs scan app&booking for 3rd August (11+3) but i couldnt wait that long so my lovely fiancè has booked an early private scan at Babybond on saturday 11th July (at 8+2)!!! xxx

twiggy-how do you go about booking a private scan? I thought the first had to be done on NHS. It's very exciting for you both.

But yeah I Rabbit I totally understand and know that one day when I do get my bfp, the worrying won't stop. As I mentioned yesterday I am worried I might not have enough progesterone (because of my PCOS)which would make me miscarry, and I'm all prepared, obviously to a certain extent, that I may miscarry the first one. I of course don't know what my level is, but doesn't stop me thinking and worrying. It's just one of those things but you never want to go through it

But you two ladies have no worries. Them eggies are holding on tight. They've got much more will power than them 28 dayers!!!
I hope the scans go well for you both and we want to see pictures

Heidi - I'm too scared to see a , I'm petrified

Getting myself worked up about the cramps as they're different since my supposed "dip in temp", hence me thinking is on her way, but not yet and I normally get them one hour before, not 3 days. But this is me we're talking about and I have to be different!!

Well, will pee on an OPK again tomorrow and make my mind up. Also will see what temp does.

I bought 50 more opks, 10 HPTs and a new BBT thermometer - next cycle I'm temping via my foo foo instead

With out temping i would be lost, so its good to be able to keep check on it see if it show signed of possible pregnancy, fx'd for you hun i hope its the long awaited bfp you've been waiting for x

bet ya loads it goes up. What did you do last month as your temps were so regular after you ovulated?

i know i though my thermometer was broken or some thing! lol i have no idea. My cycle before that was nothing like that.
I'm being majorly messed about by holland and barret hence no AC yet!! so if i dont have a shorter cycle i'm blaming them!

my AC is sitting waiting for me to start it again. Must take it every day this time, as I did skip some last time. Daren't take it yet just in case

Been looking at cycle charts in FF at both ovulatory and pregnant. If my temp drops tomorrow I think I'll be out of the game and rolling onto another shorter cycle I hope

If AF does start I'll have to try and get booked in for my cd 1 tests - bet u anything she shows up Friday so I can't get cd1 done!!

Drakey- don't get nervous about your appointment? are you all prepared with a list of questions?

My scan is an NHS one because I'm classed as risk with the supposed ectopic in November, I'll be around 6ish weeks, I dont know for sure because I didn't take my temp the day before I noticed the rise so it could have gone up tues/wed meaning ov possibly mon/tues or even Sunday

Rabbit - I hope the scan goes well and puts your mind at rest. Wishing you good luck sweetie, it'll be fine and will you get to see bean already?

Drakey- the appointment will be over soon and you'll know what they are doing with you. It's all a step in the right direction, think of it like that.

Well my temp has rocketed this morning. It's either a good sign, or just a sign that I had a rubbish nights sleep.

So I did a test and..................



it was a tesco cheapie, and I am 12dpo today according to FF but I still reckon I am 10dpo so not getting my hopes down already just yet. If SHE shows today then I know it was my bad nights sleep. If not will see what tomorrow brings.............

Drakey, its seems to have come around so quickly (probably doesnt feel that way to you) just make sure you ask all you want to ask and hopefully get the answers you want
Chele I will have to go for CD1 bloods too thats my next step the only thing is to wait now lol
I think FF maybe out a day or two for you also so dont worry too much about the bfn, fx'd your temp stays up tomorrow x

chele the temps are good no?! Up i thought was very promising?! U'l have to forgive my lack of FF knowledge, i never used it, or temp'd so i dont really know what im talking about lol. But...i know that high temps were a good sign? And it might sound silly but i swear i could 'feel' a temp change...was always really warm leading upto bfp...which is highly unusual for me as im usually wrapped in about 10 duvets, dressing gown and cozy socks lol. Im really keeping my fx'd for you hun, and if you're right...you wont get anything on the tesco ones at 10dpo...when i pee'd on a tesco one it wasnt as strong as the superdug line.

Rabbit, good luck at your scan, i cant wait for mine, il be six weeks tomorrow so my pregnancy book says bubs has got a heartbeat now *so proud*!

Drakey- wow, that app did come around pretty quick! (altho its prob been an eternity for you!) make sure u ask everything u need to let us know what they did!!

Heidi, hun got my fx'd temp stays up for you...so u can jump on this 80+ cycler bfp train that seems to be gathering quite some steam these days!!!!

Yeah twiggy you got it right, the temp is supposed to stay up and drop the day before arrives, so hoping mine just stays up now. Still got cramping, but I googled it and loads of people have had it. Have you had any weird twinges? wow 6 weeks already!!

I do have a first response, but keeping it until I feel that I should use it - Friday if doesn't show or I get a positive on my opk tonight

I can't believe how much these last few days have dragged

to be honest drakey i have no idea what i will ask, so can't really give you any tips. I'd just go in with an open mind and squeeze them for anything they can give you and hopefully you'll get some answers.

well i peed on an opk and got pretty much next to nothing. Just biding my time now til shows
