Hi yes you have O I am sorry your so worried I no you may have to grab it if it happens..You will feel very scared I have been there to, but it will happen when the times right for your body..1dpo EXCELLANT hun..Can you not just carry on with the B vits just incase it cant do any harm.

I havent started taking any hun as I forgot to get them last weekend do you think I should get some?? xx

I would go to town and get some brewers yeast their great for B vits there an all round one Plus EP and zinc they always helped me.You can take 4 brewers yeast a day they help with CM too

Hey girls, been busy at work so not been able to come on here
Well yesterday was day 4 after taking my last tab and i had kind of given up BUT................

I had a headache all evening and haven't had an headache in a long time so felt really shitty, but any way went to the loo wiped and there it was AF has arrived! I dont think i've ever smiled so much when if seen AF! lol

I then had cramps and aches every where all night and when i went to bed it was really bad, but wore off and eventually i got to sleep.
I know its only a withdrawal but i was pretty sure the tabs wouldnt work and that my body would kickstart itself, so now i just have to hope its gets back in to a routine.

So i can now class this as CD2!! instead of 150 odd! yay!!!
How many people on here have had to get tabs for a few cycles?

Evening girls I havent moved over to the OTHERSIDE..TEAMHANDSTAND but I thought every little might help but the last night or too after I have taken too standing on my head, it does not last very long because Nick makes me laugh and then trys to tickle me,so I tell him its serious business.It may do the trick..So he then joins in and stays up for longer than me.Stealing my Lime light indeed..
