First of all big HELLOOOO! :flower:

I'm 18, 5ft 7ish and 12 stone..
Last year I managed to lose a 22 pounds by doing nothing :wacko:, but this time it looks like i'm going to have to work for it..
I've been trying to start this diet for a couple of days but I buckled to the temptation of Doritos, Costa Coffee's brownies and a Twirl :dohh:
So from today it's a new me :winkwink:
Going to get a new gym pass tonight so that's a start.
The next couple of months before I start my college course I have got plenty of time to get fit I suppose. Plus i've now not only got myself to try to impress :winkwink:


First day..
I've so far ate nothing for breakfast as I woke up to late :blush:

Lunch - Chicken, Potatoes and Tomatoes.. It was yum :haha:

Snack - Grapes

Tonight is sweet and sour chicken with rice :thumbup:




I'll try and update as often as I can...
I'm going to try to weigh myself every TWO weeks I think, I'll probably be tempted to weigh myself every week knowing me.


Any advice or support will be lovely :hugs:

I've been the gym :happydance:
Spent an hour in there aswell... with my friend their supporting me :haha:
Decided I'm going to try and go swimming after it aswell, I miss swimming.

Maybe gym and swim three times a week? :shrug:
Don't know if that's too much/not enough.
As you can tell I don't have a clue :haha:
 
Sorry I haven't updated as much as I planned. Well I'll admit the last few days i've been really bad, snacking on chocolate :growlmad:.
But I use to be able to eat a whole big bag full of choc buttons, but now only have a few :shrug:
I've bought a lot of Weight Watcher and Light Choice snacks :haha:

I feel skinnier though :thumbup:

Today I've been good (so far :haha:)

Breakfast - Two Weetabix, Semi-Skimmed Milk

Lunch - Tuna Salad

Snacks - A few grapes, Quavers (87 calories?)



Oh and i've been the gym this morning, :happydance:
 
All seems very healthy! Good girl. Hope your keeping the diet and exercise up :)
 
Hello ladies, :flower:

Well i haven't been updating this as regularly as i wanted, but i've been doing well. Still snacking, :growlmad: but i'm getting better.

I went to the gym yesterday and i'm aching, going again tomorrow :)


I read somewhere the best way to keep weight off is to lose it slowly, so i'll try to lose it slowy i suppose :shrug:


I'm now 11stone 9 or 11 stone 11, depending on what time of the day I weighed myself :haha:
