I've just started this alongside cbfm

Please can someone explain what I need to look out for

Temp has been 35.6 ish so far , how much does it change at ovulation ?

You should follow the simple rules:
"You should take your temp every morning at the same, after at least three hours of uninterrupted sleep. Take your temperature before rising or doing anything else, like taking a sip of water, making a phone call, or going to the bathroom. Keep the thermometer by your bed, so that you don't have to look for it in the morning.
Measure your BBT at the same time, or within a half-hour of this time, every day. Note down the time of the measurement.
Take your BBT orally or vaginally. Decide on one or the other, because your temperature varies between the two."(https://ovufriend.com/faq/taking-yo...i-track-of-my-basal-body-temperature,154.html)

You should look at the trend, not analyze every single temp. Help yourself with some of the charting software, there are many to choose from.

Also, go through these FAQs and you will learn more than enough :) I read almost all of these...
