Hi,
Ive just started to use my Ava bracelet for temperature tracking. My temperature went up around cd15 indicating ovulation and since cd23 it has dropped twice by 0.5 so that it went back down to pre-ovulation levels. Its gone up 0.1 each day since (now on cd27 and expect AF in about 3-5 days.
I havent been able to find much about temperature drops over such a long period as it seems most womens temperature drops 1-3 days before AF whereas mine seems to have dropped a week before.
My suspicion is low progesterone as I had a test about a month after I miscarried a year ago which showed progesterone levels to be on the lower side (but the doctor made me feel like I was silly for thinking it was an issue).
I think from my temperature I probably do ovulate but it may not be a strong ovulation? Before I got pregnant and miscarried I used to feel a very strong ovulation pain which I no longer do. I also have brown discharge before periods and dark bleeding.
I now also get twinges in my pelvic area throughout my cycle (except during ovulation period) which is very strange.
Any advice would be appreciated!
