Temp Question! Chart included

Okay so I have been sick with the flu since Christmas day and running really high fever up into the 103 mark for a couple of days ! I had fever on cycle days 22 and 23. This Morning is the only morning I have been able to chart since I finally got my fever broke last night, my temp this morning was 98.68 ! It has came from 97.19 to 98.68 in two to three days!! Could this be from the fever or is that normal after ovulation? Anyone's help and insight as to why it would have jumped this high would be greatly appreciated.

That does look rather a large leap, I'm going to say it's probably from the fever.
