Hiya,
Does anyone think that the temperature of your bedroom affects your BBT?
I think i ovulated on Tuesday and yesterday (Weds) my temp was 36.64 (97.95), i was hoping it would increase more but today it went down to 36.52 (97.73), which isnt that high for me.
Last month after my ovulation my temps were between 36.7 (98.06) - 36.9 (98.4) and went upto 37.04 (98.70) at one point.
When i woke up, i felt a bit cold, my feet were sticking out and we slept with the window open.
Do you think this would affect my BBT or shouldn't it make a difference?
I am really confused as i'm not sure i ovulated this month, i never got a really strong +'ve opk and my temps were the only think making me think i did, but with this dip at 2DPO im not so sure
