Terrified! 1 day late BFP

Hi guys it has been awhile since I was here ! I am now 41 and I have been spotting a little bit the last few days . My period is late as of today so I got a test . My boobs hurt a little , I am a tiny bit nauseated and that is it . I had 2 back to back miscarriage's in 2019 One at 6 weeks and one at 9 weeks 3 days after seeing a heartbeat and 1 day before Christmas eve. I am terrified my lines are so light and scared this is headed in the wrong direction. We have not been trying at all did the dance one time for vday and we got this !

No idea what is going on . My tests have not been very dark at all so I tested with diluted and not diluted urine this morning the top is diluted and the bottom is not diluted . Is it really possible that my levels are this high already to have the hook effect or is this a bad sign ? I had my positive digital a few days ago now .
