Tesco being sued

at the end of the day something happened that shouldn't have happened and she's still suffering in pain now. There are some neurological conditions that are very severe and quite serious, that start with a minor injury.

I agree. I would probably sue too if I had on going medical problems because of some idiot putting heavy objects up high. And a big company like that would have merchandisers who design and make planograms for all of the product, so they purposefully chose to put that up there.

I worked retail, and just recently (on my one day back at work) I put a heavy frame on display and it fell down and almost smacked a lady in the head. I would have expected her to be really pissed at me if that did happen.
