Morning Ladies,
Just wanted to know testing with SMU what is your routine in the morning?
How long do you hold after emptying FMU before you test with SMU?
Im a little pressed for time probely have 1.5 to 2 hours in the morning before i have to go, do you think that is a long enough hold to test SMU?
I usualy like to test 2wice during the day once in the morning (SMU) and once around 3pm especially when OV is getting close, but i seem to have a lot stronger SMU almost like FMU concentrate, gives me two diffrent results in the same day ...........CONFUSING!!!!!!
