Tezzy & rafwife's weight loss thread!!!

im back from my wednesday session at the gym!

20mins on the treadmill
5mins on the cross trainer
15mins on the bike

chest press machine 2 sets of 10
leg curl thingy machine 2 sets of 10
arm lifty thing machine 2 sets of 10

forgot to note how many calories though!

now im off to morrisons to do my heathly grocery shopping

how are you doing?
 
I have been so lazy recently. :dohh: Been walking everyday, but haven't been to the gym in about a week now.
 
aww.. ive been tonnes but now colin is on a course so i wont be able to go for a while

howre u doin with the food?
