The almighty waffle maker

I am in love. My gma bought my youngest a Mickey waffle maker for his birthday last week and now I use it for everything. I can make the boys pancakes in minutes and by using sweetened coconut milk and some cinnamon they don't even need syrup. At lunch or for dinner I can do panini or grilled cheese and so much more. I can tell it's going to be a life saver this pregnancy for quick no fuss food that's not overly processed. Plus the kids love that they have mickey faces lol
