Childbirth Without Fear - Grantly Dick-Read

Some of the opinions in the books do contradict each other and I didn't agree with every single thing I read but I took out all of the bits that suited me!

Wonderful story - I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one to not have an horrendous labour/birth. I really wanted a water birth but there was no time to run the water!
