Hey, great job so far! I have to tell you, if you're looking for recipes, allrecipes.com is a GREAT site. Recipes are user reviewed 1-5 stars, and most recipes have nutrition facts on them. I have found some of the best recipes on that site! If you're craving pizza, try the honey and whole wheat pizza crust recipe -- the crust is only 83 calories a serving, so if you top it with lowfat cheese and veggies, you can have a healthy pizza. I make that pizza at least once or twice a week (I lurve pizza).

sooo DAY 4 here we come!!
last night wasnt to bad although i keep saving a few points for the evening for a snack and then wen i eat the snack (crap lol) i feel like im cheating cus its like crisps or something even tho its within my points and im allowed lol silly mee!
found a really good point too....small bag of butterkist toffee popcorn is 1.5 points and i loooove that so thats quite good to open and jus have abit everytime i feeling the sweet tooth coming on lol xxx
 
well nearly finished day 4....again aint been to bad have a couple of points left so guna save them for a treat later lol
i have a girls night coming up n the 21st and its with my mum and aunt who i never ever have girly nights with so its guna be great only prob os with weight watchers point counting on food n alchol i no weight watchers do a wine 4 points a bottle so may invest in that but no doubt were going to get a takeaway...i wana be good but i also wana have a really good time and and dont want to deprive myself with a ready meal lmao
ugh ill think of something lol hope every1 has a good night...weekend tomo then nearlly weighing day woo wonder if ima loose x x x

day 5

Blob - haha to the pics i have more rolls then hovis lol

so day 5 on a saturday man its so hard at weekends....saved sum poitns last night n had a weight watchers dessert that was really nice n left me full so i shall be getting summore of them today.
going to get a subways too hehe.
i liked going shopping now i dred it as i have to walk past all the nice stuff lol but i can do i no i can

sooo on day 5 only 360 to go haha...maybe i shud get a ticker
hope every 1 is good today xxx
 
Hun it's always good to have a treat, i know when i did WW my treat was a nice tasty takeaway and a alcoholic drink after each weigh in.

So let your hair down, forget about your points for just one day and enjoy that girly time with your mum and aunt.

Sounds like your doing great though hunni.
 
Well its the end of yet another day...if all the days can go as quick as this then ill be slim in no time haha....again not that much of a hard day although theres no denying its defo harder on a weekend. as im sooo used to takeaways. just wanted a chinease all day and night but i resisted temtation bring on tommorrow xxx
 
I totally agree.... weekends are super hard.... heres to a good sunday :):) be strong.. you will be soooo proud of yourself for sticking to it!! But I agree.... a treat after a weigh in is a MUST!!! :)
 
day 6
nearly a whole week already man....thing is with the girly night is its on a saturday lol so like 2 days before i weigh myself hopefully it wont sit on me and hopefully we get a chinease and wine lol a whole bottle is only 7 points and im sure i can jus have sumit little in the day and use the rest of me points on chinease lol.
think i may go have sum toast in mojo wanted a nice cup of tea but we have no milk man lol typical.

and maan ive got a headache that ive had for like well over a week now and it just wont shift!!

well today has been actually good. i still have loads of points left so im just having a nice pasta bake which is only 5 n i stil gun have lots...i had soup today which tbh i dont like ive never been keen on the whole drinking food type thing lmao....but i bought one of the big soups i think thats wat they called and it has lots of veggies n sausage in but to my suprise was actually quite nice. so im going to try and get my self liking soup as its hardly any points at all. lol maan im hooked on weight watchers desserts too haha im having one every night atm but the banoffee ones r soooo nicee.
ooo weighing on tuesday not long ....i hope i dont weigh more for being on as i started af today and get a little bloat so dont want that affecting my weight man lol....n i need too do a number 2 tooo TMI lmao anything to make me weigh less lolol x x x x
 
I used to loooovvve WW desserts when I was doing that diet... was soooo yummy!!

Day 7
ooo weighing tomo...so excited to see if ive actually lost really hope i have man.
got the worst cramps today jus wana curl in a ball with a hot waterbottle in bed...but..no such luck lol.
dont even feel hungry so far. but going to stil eat al me points and try not to eat after 7 as i dont want it sitting on me for weighing tomo lol.
Soooo Bring on Today DAY 7 / 358 DAYS TOGO / 51 WEEKS LEFT ...haha i can do this
size 14 by my bday.... good luck today every1 xxx

man where im on im just really not hungry at all but obviously i have to use my points otherwise when i start to lower them it wil have no affect so ive used 8 in total but now i feel soooo bloated its unreal and i still have loads left...i jus really hope the bloat doesnt affect my weight tomo as i really wan see that ive lost some to keep me optimistic.

oh and kerry seeing as u a weight watchers buff lol when is it that i have to lower points is it take 1 off as i loose a stone i cant remember lol xx
