Hi girls,
I have a 3 month old daughter, and i haven't had a period since giving birth. My partner and i have slept together since having Coco, but the last few days i have had exactly the same symptoms as i did with Coco, and all this morning i have been feeling so sick.

Surely this can't be happening again?! Help!

It can happen especially if your breastfeeding.
I got pregnant 3 months after giving birth with my own children.
Test hunny only way to find out :)

Lol I know quite a few people who have gotten pregnant by accident when breastfeeding :) test test test!! xxx

Right i have the test, to the bathroom! Urgh, don't wish me luck?! Haha

it happened to me hun, so it can happen! hope you get the result you want! xx

you can get pg straight away after giving birth as this is your most fertile time! please let us know asap as sitting on the edge of my seat not wanting to go to work till i know if you are pg or not.

I thought that breastfeeding delayed ovulation??

Well, goodluck with your test. I'm not sure if you want another baby so soon, but I would be excited :)

WOW! COngrats!!!......My brother-in law and his brother are 11 months apart......

I am quite pleased actually, i get pregnant so easily though, i need to be careful
My OH is going to be horrified!

I get pregnant really easily too! .....

Another good thing is that if you still have all your maternity clothes, they should be perfect for the right season, because you will be having your baby close to the same month as last time around~.......that is nice ;-)

wow! congrats! same thing happened 2 a friend of mine! good luck with the pregnancy! join us in the may babies thread :hugs:

Yeah I thought that breastfeeding meant it was less likely for you to fall pregnant? But I suppose if you're relying on breastfeeding alone not to fall pregnant, it's gonna be less reliable than say going on the pill.

Wow congrats though, bet it's gonna be hard work but it'll be lovely to have children so close in age. I'm the youngest of five with 14 years between me and the closest to my age and I always wanted siblings to play with!

It does - far less likely to get pregnant again while you're breastfeeding... my cycles weren't back to normal until Sam was 7 months old and only having a few feeds a day. It's not the case with everyone though - especially if you use dummies or express, as your baby's then not comfort sucking so much as well. She might have meant that it often happens when people are breastfeeding because you tend to assume that you're not going to get pregnant so don't worry about using contraception!

And congratulations Ninewest :D x
