the estate agent p'd in the toilet!!!

Well it is a bit unprofessional, not that he went, but the fact that he just flat out told you this in the middle of showing the place....
I'd be a bit if the real estate agent was showing me the house and then suddenly goes : ''Oh, hold on a minute, just need to take a leak'.

When i was house hunting the estate agent used the loo in one of the houses. I suppose they have to go sometime!

I personally wouldnt complain, but wouldnt of liked it too. My main reason for replying is I am the same with my toilet, after I, my husband, my children or anybody else uses the toilet the toilet and the whole bathroom gets cleaned, plus the main clean once a day. I just cant stand the thought of it being unclean. Just wanted you to know your not alone x

As long as he wasnt showign you the bathroom at the time while peeing then no, wouldnt think nothing of it.
Shame he couldnt have gone before you go tthere or after you'ld gone though as it might have cost him a potential renter.
