The implant?

I have had the implant in for almost three years - I am due to get it replaced in about March of next year.

My periods have been really eratic, but all of a sudden, this month, it has come almost exactly at the right time. Should I be worried that the effects of the implant are wearing off?

Not that I need the flipping thing at the moment

It depends upon how long you've had it. The best thing to do is to talk to your doctor about it. I know with different birth controls some can wear off sooner than others, granted this is Implant so technically it shouldn't, but it is possible.
