For the last few days I have a real craving for The Laughing Cow smooth cheese spread (I have been having the ones that come in triangles not that it makes a difference) I looked on the internet before eating it to make sure it was safe and everywhere seemed to say so but I feel really guilty and bad today for eating it so much and I'm worried in case it is not safe to eat. I cant see anywhere on the box that it says if it is pasturised or unpasturised. Please can anyone help?? Thank you xxx

Its a soft cheese, some people get confused whether they can eat it or not.

I hope it is because I eat about 2 triangles every day! Lol! I had this problem but you just need to check that it's a cheese spread rather than a soft cheese. :D Eat away x

Thank You...I thought it would be okay and like I said I did check it out first, today I just had it in my head that I shouldn't have eaten it and that its a soft cheese and I was just feeling really guilty about it. Thanks again xxx

yeah it isn't a soft cheese, it's processed cheese so it is barely cheese really, very safe as very processed hun xxx

its fine hun i eat a pack of triangle a week at least!! love chesse and crackers see :)

Ohhh yum I love these! My mom buys them. Ugh great now I want some :D :D :D

I'm so happy that for once I have a craving that I'm allowed =] =] I already want some more and I've only just got in hehe (think they should have discount on food for pregnant women as when we want something we want lots of it lol) xxx

It's totally ok. I've ate cheese spread whilst being pregnant.

O:)
