Ok - I have a few........

1) My lodger (who knows IVF with donor eggs is pretty much my only chance as I have about 3 eggs of my own left) decided to inform me that she's making lots of decisions at the minute about her boyfriend and them moving in together because well, if she leaves it too late, she might not be able to have children and if she leaves it into her thirties it might be too late and her clock is ticking away ..... really? who'd've thought it?

2) my class at college having a discussion about women who have babies in their 40s and how that really isn't fair, and it's selfish because they are too old to be any use to their children (and it was an assessed discussion task on euality and diversity!)

3) My colleague (after a particularly shitty faculty meeting) telling me in front of everyone that she and I should just go off and have babies .... pretty much a year to the day since I miscarried my first and only ever baby


There ya go - that's my 3 rants
