Michelle don't feel bad wrt BF, you've given it a good shot (I didn't even do that) a happy mummy is much more important to a baby than BF IMO.
Blondey you're so dedicated! Make me feel like a lazy arse! Archie still has his milk from a bottle, no idea when he'll give it up to be honest so I've stopped worrying about it.

T clearly loves him as she she keeps trying to steal his blanket/dummy and tries to touch him but ends up hitting him as she is quite rough! tbh she doesn't seem at all put out by him. If he cries she kinda looks over then crawls over to him at a million miles an hour and pokes him, it's very sweet. She sits and giggles as he gets his nappy changed she does look a bit upset when she comes to me to be cuddled and I can't pick her up so I have to get on the floor and cuddle her that way, but then she loses interest and goes off to play with a door or something! But he was crying a bit last night when we were all in bed and it didn't wake her up, thank god! Really don't want her routine to be upset as she is so happy in it.
Blondey, we are still on 3 bottles a day, no rush to change it tbh! Also she doesn't use a spoon or anything like that although she is really good about picking up her tablet on her own and taking it!
Oh, spoke to the doctor and all Hayden's bloods were perfect, they don't want to test him again so we're quietly confident he doesn't have CH. we'll get extra verification after we get results from the heel prick test they did today but I'm just so happy he doesn't have it yay!!
Kimmy, I know you're right, I said the same thing before I had him but I just think breast is best is so ingrained and I can't help but feel bad. Give me a few weeks and I'll have forgotten feeling bad about it!

Hi girlies.
Party was absolutely fantastic! Kids really did love it. Everything ran smoothly and just as planned. No kids had a breakdown when they saw mickey thank god. Rory was just wary of him at first, not upset or scared, just didn't want touch him and just stared at him lol but after they ate, rory was playing with mickey which was just amazing to see cus he absolutely loves mickey. Just been an absolute brilliant day but I'm so pooped! And my moment at bedtime with rory was just one in a million. the timing of it all was just perfect. Obviously he kisses me but what happened at bedtime has never happened before and just the timing of it was just an amazing feeling

Michelle, dont feel bad about bf, as long as he's fed, happy and your happt that's all that matters

Blondey, good going, I'm going for another double whammy this Tuesday too, especially after all this birthday cake!

My breakie in morning is going be a cuppa tea and a slice of sponge cake!

Fabby, I'm so glad the party went well. You must be knackered tho!
Went to mum and dads where my dad had made chinese from scratch! duck pancakes, pork belly, lemon chicken, chicken and cashew, chicken curry, crispy shredded beef in spicy sauce, scallops in spring green and ginger sauce, and rice. Then banana fritters for dessert... my dads an amazing cook. My SILs friend was there, she's 37 weeks pregnant, it was weird to think I went through all that. Kinda made me think I should have treasured it more. Next time eh...?

Yeah, I know, I wish I could take that back, and just feel those kicks and flutters and enjoy them instead of obsessively counting them, etc.
Oh dad won't mind, I often invite people round... I wish I could have a losers dinner party!

A losers dinner party would be ace! I'm hoping if we have another baby I can enjoy that pregnancy more and worry less, but I doubt it!

They usually say second time round it's a much more relaxing time, both the pregnancy and the early bubba days. But I guess that's only the case if you're first time round wasn't traumatic or you have any particular reason to worry. I'd do it all again in a second and I was quite relaxed about it all, but only because I was lucky and it all went smoothly!

Glad party went well Fabby! Bet you are shattered! I know I was after AM's party, and that was only in our flat! Was Mickey jet lagged? Or did he get a flight from Orlando a few days ago and stay in a hotel

That sounds like a lot of work for your dad Lettuce!! He must love cooking!! Sounds yummy though!!

Madam only had 15 minutes nap all day! :O Surprisingly she wasn't a nightmare to put down tonight. I was worried that she would be overtired and play up. You could tell she was shattered though. Everything was making her whinge and she kept falling all over the place!

I feel like iron lady at the moment...because I feel so tight, like I'm made out of metal!

Maria slept til 4!!! Then I just gave her water instead of booby and she eventually fell asleep again and woke at half 8 - so a whole night with no booby - first time ever!!

Absolutely terrible night here. Took us over an hour to actually get him to go to sleep in the first place (hysterically crying) then we were in every hour until 2am when I just couldn't get him to go back to sleep, he was so upset. Brought him to bed with us where he tossed and turned/crie until 5:45 when we started our day. Blah. No idea what we're going to do today, was going to go to group but I know he'll get mardy half way through with the night he's had. May have to try for 2 naps today
