The losers club

Oh no kimmy, hope he's ok. :( you must be knackered! I think you better nap when he does today.
But brilliant sleeping Maria! :) Jen also had a good night, up at 2, back down within 30mins then slept til 6:30! :)
Blondey, how's the muscles? ;)

Muscles are fine...except when I try and move, laugh, cough or sneeze! I also think I have saddle sores from spinning lol! Nah, honestly I don't feel as bad as I thought I would!!

Happy Birthday Rory!!!

Well done Maria and Jen!!

Oh poor you Kimmy! It really takes it out of you when you're up in the night when you're not used to it doesn't it!! Maybe Archie had tummy ache or something?

Off to jumping beans later. Took me ages to choose AM's clothes today. I sorted her wardrobe out. 6-9m all boxed up. 9-12m is still in there as it still fits but going to box it up as I didn't realise how many 12-18m clothes she has. She has 26 pairs of trousers, about 10 skirts and at least double the amount of tops and about 8 dresses!! we were given loads by OH's sergeant at work (5 black bin bags going all the way up to age 3!!) and our friend always gives us a carrier bag of stuff when ever we see her (she uses us as her disposal method I think after a sort out!) plus AM got loads for xmas from family and her bday and OH and I bought her a few bits in the Asda and Mothercare sale! Hope the weather doesn't get too warm to quick as this is mostly spring stuff! Will still have to get her a few summer bits when the weather is warm!

He's just had the most horrendous nappy  so maybe it is his teeth?
Happy birthday Rory :cake:
Plans for today losers? I've started spring cleaning  tackling it room by room as and when I can. Started the kitchen today (it's white so looks grubby very easily) so far ive cleaned the table and shined it up nicely (it's glass and chrome) scrubbed all the chairs (White leather-bought pre-baby :haha:) and dismantled the high chair and scrubbed that. The highchair was particulary filthy  So all I've got left to do now is wipe cupboard fronts, clean the microwave, scrub the sink, clean the blind and light fitting, scrub the paintwork, clean the fridge, clean the tiles, scrub the floor and wash the dogs bed!!!!

Wow that is a lot of clothes blondey! Really nice that you get some hand-me-downs too :) I'm desperate to buy arch some new clothes (he's got enough but I'm tired of dressing him in the same outfits!) doubt it will be thisonth though, it's one hell of an expensive month :(

Wow you've been working hard Kimmy! I'm dreading spring cleaning...but spring comes later here :haha:

Lots of clothes Blondey! You can always send extra this way... :haha:
Maria got a lot of hand-me-downs too from her cousins and some policeman that FIL knows.

Yay for good sleeping by Jen!

And happy birthday Rory!!

Today gonna do the shopping then I gotta start cooking meals to freeze for OH (he's not coming to England) and packing mine and Maria's stuff.

Sorry just catching up quickly, yay for the sleepers, :hugs: for kimmy, that's a lot of clothes blondey and woo to packing Nats :)

Christ I'm so tired. I was delerious last night, got in from work, decorated 36 cupcakes, did all my paperwork, played with Doo, by the time I chucked myself in the bath I was actually humming to myself like a mental patient! I even worried OH  bed at 11, up at 6.30..... I'm so sleepy still lol :haha: just had lunch, popping out for a smoke then back I go...

Edit - Happy Birthday Rory!!! :cake:

Happy Birthday Rory! :cake: His party looked fab!

Well done Maria :)

Sorry, can't remember anything else. H keeps distracting me.

She has developed an obsession with 'mike the knight' on cbeebies. It is quite good, I swear the dragon said 'oh fuck' the other day. DH rewound it 3 times so we could check :haha: The episode we're watching now is talking about Mike's dad taking a bag of tarts to the river...

Lol, I love kids tv with double entendres! :) Jen just at some cardboard... Is that really bad? :/ she seems ok, despite her failure to nap...

These toddlers eat all kinds of weird things don't they?! I'm sure it's fine Lettuce.
Well, today has been particularly trying. I'm just having a 5 min break on my own in the living room whilst hubby simultaneously handles whinging baby and the tea pots. God I love that man!

Maria has eaten loads of cardboard Lettuce and she is fine...ish

Lettuce, cardboard is extra roughage don't ya know :winkwink: She'll be fine. AM's always munching on random things she finds on the carpet!

Found another food that AM with just inhale, cheese, onion and pea pancake. She's got one for her tea and is wolfing it down! She also loves a pancake with jam!

OH and I are having chicken and chorizo jambalaya tonight, hence the pancake for madam as the chirizo is a bit spicy for her!

I spot another guesty westy........

Lol, thanks girls, I'm sure she'll eat worse over the coming years! I felt bad as I'd given her the box to play with while I changed her nappy... :dohh:
Oh dear kimmy, I hope he sleeps better tonight. :hugs:
That's sounds yummy blondey, got a recipe? Jen loves cheese. I love cheese, so I guess it's to be expected! :haha:
We had chicken pie with mash and veg. Not very exciting.

Ooh blondey give us the recipe for your tea, sounds beaut!
Spud is in bed, managed to leave the room without him having a melt down so we're already one up on last night! Let's see what the rest of the night brings...

Hope Archie is down for the night Kimmy!!

Chicken and Chorizo jambalaya was yummy!! Basically I fried off some onions, a red pepper and garlic, added the chicken and chorizo, browned it all off, then added dry rice. Covered it with the juices/oil from what was in the pan then added a tin of plum tomatoes and chicken stock. And simmer until the rice is cooked. I had to keep added more water as I went a bit OTT with the rice and the liquid was drying up!!

Hi everyone. Thanks for all of rorys birthday wishes. Weve had another fab day at the farm. Changed plans from drayton manor because it was only open between 10-230pm, so rory would of wanted nap between them times so didn't think much point. Anyway, good choice of farm cus he absolutely loved it. Was a big hit with him. Laughed and giggled and shouted at the animals especially the pigs, he LOVED the piggys. Loved his tractor ride too. Been out for tea with all the family. Again, great evening. Rory sat there eating his carvery then proceeded to eat an ice cream sundae..... It's allowed its his birthday! He was dunking one of them long spoons in the sundae glass and just eating away at the ice cream, was so cute. Kept him good for aaaaggggeeeessss. Thought he may of gone a bit too hyper on the sugar rush but he was fast off more or less straight away when he went to bed.

Were chilling out tomorrow. think rory needs chill out a bit and not have any over stimulation like the last 2 full days. What's everyone else's plans

Sounds yummy blondey. :)
Awww, so glad you've had a lovely few days with rory, loved the photos, esp the one on the tractor! :)

I have a baby free day tomorrow! So I'm off to the hairdressers and into town as I have a wedding on Saturday. Need to cover the grey hairs, when did that happen? :( and need an outfit to hide the flab.

Have a lovely day of pampering lettuce!
Going put some pics on fb from his birthday. We have so many pics, my phone, Dh phone, our camera, my mind camera, SIL camera, MIL camera, literally we have hundreds, won't upload them all though don't worry lol
