Nope, nothing! even though I saw someone come up our street earlier today on a push bike having a nose at our house but then he saw me look in the window. We live in a cul de sac of 6 houses so I'm sure he must of seen it for sale on the net and come to see exactly where it is because I've been doing this loads myself when I've seen a nice house on the net.

Is your new manager going change a few things then Emmy?

I'm starting to think well stress about Christmas and where to have Christmas day and dinner! Last year we all went to dh's including my mum, step dad and bro but not sure if they would want everyone around again this year with it not being Rory's first Christmas. I've just suggested us go out for Christmas dinner and invite both families but dh said NO!

The market is slow Fabby but it only takes one person to buy it!! Think our flat was on the market 12 weeks and we had 5 couples view it ( and 2 of those don't count as one couple lived down the street and the girl opposite us also as they were renters and wanted to buy in the area but none could afford it...why look then?!!)

Hmm, since they opened the grotto I've become obsessed about Xmas. If your DH says that tell him that's fine, they're all coming to you and he's cooking!
It's mil's turn this year. So it'll be mass at 10, bacon rolls and some pressies at my mums after, then off to mil's for dinner bout 2:30/3. My dad only likes spending Christmas at home, but seeing as my wee bros baby is due 4 weeks before then mum and dad might be on their own for the first time ever! as we don't know what my big bro and SIL are doing.
I asked my dad last night if we got a house and I offered to Christmas next year would he come and he said yes!! so Jen could stay in her own house next year.
I've suggested to my wee bro instead of stressing himself and baby out trying to visit people on christmas day, we could see them boxing day and leave Christmas to SILs parents/family. I've never not seen my brothers on Christmas day before, but I suppose sometimes things have to change.

I hate xmas, it's a pain in the arse Holly's 2nd birthday is exactly a week before it too! We usually spend xmas on our own, but last year we went to my Mums because my heart wasn't in it. Will spend it up here this year, and can resume our xmas day trip to the snow covered beach

Hope you get some interest soon Fabby! It seems that flats are going a lot quicker than houses atm. My friends' flats have sold quickly, whereas my house and a friend's house had no interest at all Talking of flats, look at my mate's gorgeous flat - you'd never know 2 under 2s live there

And super crappy news.... no new manager for me! The list of who gets what hospital was released last night and I've still got my old manager

Meh, weather is crap so not sure what to do with madam today. And no jumping beans as it's the teddy bears picnic, which we are defo not going to with the mist of rain I can see through the window!!

Oh god, madams new thing, sitting on the coffee table, little monkey!!

We'll probably do the usual for xmas this year, spend xmas day with my parents then boxing day with OH's family and his extended family (uncles/aunts etc) and then new years with them too. I think spending xmas with AM means more to my mum and dad iykwim? They are a lot more involved with her and OH's parents are the more 'formal' grandparents, they still dote on her though but in a slightly different way.

Emmy, that's rubbish. Could you look for evening work at Tesco or waitressing or something to tide you over instead?
