Haha at Holly! AM is obsessed with the computer at the moment and always presses buttons. The other day She was sitting at the table at it and when I looked over there were about 100 internet pages open!!

Ive taught madam a bad habit. When she has a balloon I bang her on the head with it going 'dooooosh' and she's started doing it to everything now, my head, OH's head, the cat Shouting DOOOOOOOSH as she does it! Ooooops!

No news I suppose they have to let other interested partied know, but I'm gutted, and feel so nervous. I felt so confident yesterday, but not today. Could be because I'm shattered and Jen had a horror of a day. Tantrums, no proper nap, just nightmare. please tell me it gets better? x

I think these few months are the hardest as they understand so much more than they can communicate so they get frustrated.

I guess it gets easier when they can say a bit more.

No news is good news!! You're not out of the game until you get that no...which hopefully you won't get. Are you in a position to up your offer slightly if they want a bit more?

Yeah, we can give them a few grand but we won't. We want a good deal- it was her granddads house, they've rented it for a few years, so whatever she makes is pure profit, so I don't feel bad!

Hope she gets back to you with acceptance lettuce! We still haven't he's back from the viewer yet. Either our estate agent is shit and not got hold of him or the viewer asnt got back to the agent yet. I would just like a report back from him letting us know aut he thought with it being our first viewing.

Lettuce. I don't know when it gets easier, all kids are so different. Holly is an angel compared to some of her wee pals, but she was a horrendous baby. Thankfully tantrums are easily diverted with rice cakes I think she will be one of those kids that turns nightmare after she's 2.

It's probably the estate agent that is shit Fabby. I didn't hear from ours the whole year the house was on the market!

I'm hiding Holly's book in a minute. She keeps smacking me with it, then grabbing my hand to count the fucking spider's legs

Oh dear Lettuce, car seat battles are never fun Holls is fine apart from on long trips, then she's a nightmare! Because she's ERF she gets a great view out of the windows, but not of us lol. Hope you hear back soon!

I had to buy H a toddler bed - she managed to climb IN to her cot yesterday! I imagine she'll be running round instead of going to sleep. Either that, or she'll climb into my bed instead

Maria is still forward facing in the van as still haven't got the instructions yet (though not sure we can put it rear facing anyway as it might block the view to the passenger side wing mirror) and she doesn't fuss at all anymore yay! Though if we do manage to rear face her all she'll be able to see is a wall

I love the grotto! Saved myself some pennies too. they also have some lovely Christmas ideas.
Turns out I might have a new home for Christmas! they've basically accepted, but can't formally accept since our stupid lawyer forgot to specify a date of entry!!!! So annoyed.

Thanks guys! I'm so excited! Totally gutting the flat today, can't believe we move out 2weeks today!
Kinda scared, so much to do. I'm waiting on the oven cleaner working it's magic, and then I'll scrub that, I'll seal all the floors and the shower, tidy all the washing away, and maybe pack a little if I have time.
Going to a charity gig tonight, my dad is playing at and it's mil's birthday tomorrow.
