Maria slept better last night apparently but I took a sleeping pill and let Timo deal with her I think I will try the later nap suggestion as she took her nap later yesterday and only slept an hour and a half as opposed to two hours. But bedtime was harder last night, had to go back in and give her some milk from a sippy cup and a bottle of water.

Anything and everything is worth a try when they are changing routine. I would cap the nap to around the 1 hour mark

Holly went to sleep straight away in her new bed tonight - it's a miracle! She slept ok last night, woke up at 6am though. She got up, started chatting, climbed over me into my bed, then went back to sleep between DH and I til 8.20am

Hope the other loser babies had a good night's sleep too!

Maria was up every 3 hours but took water instead of milk for all but the last two wake ups so some improvement anyway. And she lets Timo settle her for her nap yesterday and he got her to sleep in about ten minutes!

Trying to give her breakfast but she wants to just feed it to Hobbes

I spoke too soon about Holly sleeping well I went to bed at 1am, then she decided to wake up at 4am, climb in my bed and jump all over me til 6am. I had to get up at 6.10 so had about 3 hours sleep. Of course Madam then stayed in bed til 9am, until I got my own back and woke her up

Plans for today folks? I have no idea what to do. I think I have a yeast infection, it really hurts so don't wanna do anything but Maria is tearing up the place stuck inside.

It was work for me, boooo. But I have my medical for my new job tomorrow at 1pm and I'm not going back after so short day for me! Yay! And it's the day I get in at 9 (cough*more like quarter past*cough) rather than 8 so even shorter!

Lettuce, that bloody bargain thread! Someone put up a 25% discount code, so I reordered the happy land castle, zoo and train set and saved myself £15, but somehow a trampoline and a whirlee (scoot along thingy) ended up in the basket Got the original Happyland stuff this morning but going to wait to return it as I'm paranoid that they'll cancel the order or it won't go back in stock (as when I ordered it it said awaiting stock bit you can still order!!)

Still waiting on the official acceptance, but I'm basically planning my rooms!

Oh I know! But it's great if you got something you needed.... I was laughing when I saw you being sooked in!

I've got Jenny a little baby born doll, it doesnt do anything so it's nice and light, it's got a special material body which means you can bath it, a change bag with nappies, a change mat, bottles and 2 outfits for the dolly. My SIL has bought her another dolly with a bath! So that's great. My bro and SIL got her the rosebud bus I think.
I've got her a kettle, toaster, and play food (2 for 15pound as Argos) a Hoover, a cleaning set with mop, brush etc. And I just need to get her the little tykes cookin creations kitchen and I'm done for her! so it's not really a lot, but I think she'll enjoy it for ages.
what's everyone else got?
Got Jen down for a nap thank god! I know it's late but she really needed it!

Oooo, where was that baby born from?

We've got madam a wooden tea set, a doll that does wees (there a yellow LED light in the nappy for wee wees) another soft doll for her pram that my parents are getting her, happy land boot, train set, castle and zoo (although think we'll do 2 happyland for xmas and two for her birthday) and a bubble machine. Got her a trampoline too, but will probably save that for the summer. I think we are getting her a kitchen and accessories for her birthday so let me know if you find any bargain kitchens Lettuce!

Annoyingly, I just opened the happy land order I got today and realised one item was missing so I checked the invoice and I've got someone elses stuff! Coincidentally she ordered two of the same things. They are resending the missing item and calling her to make sure she hasn't got a free item!!

My mum just bought me round a bargain. Asda were clearing a few bits and she got me an 84 box of finish dishwasher tablets for £1.50!! I know it's sad but quite a bargain!!

I was quite chuffed with dinner tonight, I poured half a jar of Balti sauce over a whole chicken and some onions and peppers then roasted it. It was delicious!
