CD23 here, late for me. I had a nice soft squishy cervix yesterday with EWCM. I haven't seen my latest +OPK (caught two surges awhile ago) but think this may be it. It's Thanksgiving weekend here, so I am very excited.

Hiya all! Just popping by to let you know that I think I actually properly ovulated this time! CD22 I had the darkest opk I'd ever seen n it's continued to be v dark right up to now. Still waiting to see a distinct rise in temps, but have had the first recorded temp rise this morning, 2 more to go to confirm Ov FX! Me and OH have been BDing like there's no tomorrow! CD21,23&23. Kind of been trying the SMEP thing this month. Only learnt about it yesterday but turns out we've been on track for doing the plan anyway without knowing! On 1DPO so will BD tomorrow, rest Thurs n then again on Fri to make sure. Then FX for testing 15(ish!) days after the first dark opk! Eeeep! x

We'll progestrone levels came back at cd 19 they were 6.2 which means I did ovulate but le els arnt high enough. So he put me on metformin with 100 mg clomid. Waiting on af to arrive so I can start my new cycle and gonna pray that the metformin makes a huge difference.

Currently waiting, should start actual BD middle of next week to the weekend. My husband has suggested we BD every Wed and Sat every week so we have a good chance. Also trying eggwhites this time. Good luck every one!

you need 2 more high temps and CD18 will become ovulation's day

The metformin should help tremendously. My level With the Metformin was a 7.7 the very first time we tried so your level is actually very good with no meds!!! I bet my level w/out Metformin would have been like a 2 or something. Good luck!
