Whats the story behind using Soy?

Soy is a natural alternative to clomid and it's said not to thin the uterine lining like clomid does. You take it on clomid days 1-5, 2-6, 3-7, 4-8, 5-9 or 6-10 and you can increase the dosage throughout those days if you choose.

I just got my smiley face today on my CB Digital test! I'm only on CD12 in a 30-31 day cycle...CM is creamy not egg white. Does this seem to early for a cycle of my length to have an LH surge??? This is my first time usin OPKs!

Can someone help me please? I've updated my FF temp chart to exclude the days where the data made it have white dots, so is now a bit more reflective of might've actually happened here. FF still says I'm on the green light and 'most fertile', though I had my darkest opk (still not darker than the control line) line on Monday, and that followed a downwards trend in my FF temp chart - BUT my temp has kind of STAYED down there!! Is this normal???? What does it means?!!? It's driving me nuts!!!! xx

It looks like maybe you "geared up" to ovulate and then didn't. It looks like you might be "gearing up" again now. As long as you have wet or EWCM, get to

I'm still waiting. CD22 today and starting to see my cervix finally soften and some EWCM mixed with creamy. It's so late this cycle and I have been beyond frustrated with false LH surges. We're doing the SMEP and it's been getting realllly tiring BD every other day.

Violinnem, I would say like someone else said your body prepared to ov and didn't yet, so keep bd'ing!

Now, can anyone look at my chart please? I had a dip yesterday at 7dpo, and it's back up today but not higher than my other temps, just at normal level, could it be an implantation dip or just a fluke temp?
