Hi girls, most of you would have read my RM thread and the news I had re the cause. Well today we had our fertility appointment which was FAB
We saw the wonderful Diana Ham a Fertility Specialist. She had recommended I have follicle tracking next cycle (something I have asked for for months) so I have to call CD1 and be booked for scans etc. She has said from this she can tell me when im gonna "pop" and give me the best days etc to BD
Noel has to do a Sperm Analysis and has been prescribed Zinc just in case albeit it is highly unlikely there is anything wrong with him
I have to avoid progesterone until a positive HPT and if I do get one then I can commence the progesterone, have a blood test and decisions will be taken on HCG shots but I definately dont need this post ovulation.
ALSO I have incredibly low will power with food I just love food and I really need to diet so she is referring me to a special clinic at Heartlands to help me with weight loss (dietician etc) I think I will react well to this because doing diet clubs at home etc just doesnt work and as I work out on the road alot I just get drive thru's etc.
So im quite happy at the moment and for once can praise the NHS.
One thing I will say ladies is if you believe in this push as hard as you can to get them to listen to you, its taken me 8 months to get to this stage but its been worth it. Help is there you just need to go and find it. I could not have got this far without the ladies on here and the information I have learned xxxxxx
