unless im comfortable around someone, i have nothing - normally with close friends & family im cheeky/make jokes/take the p*ss.... but i cant with strangers or work friends it doesnt always work the same!

That's exactly what i'm like Hayley, with people I know there always telling me to shut up, and one of my mum's friends have told me i'v got to get ill again so I stop tormenting her, I was quiet when I was ill and she got piece...:/

hehe im always pretty quiet, just around family and friends everything i say has a point or a joke or a meaning... i have conversations as they just "appear" ... with others, the conversation isnt there, and i struggle, so i just faff along making no sense and not being funny

as ive got older i can talk more, to other people, but i still find it unnatural and could quite happily sit alone at a wedding reception for example, not moving, dancing or talking to anyone, and still enjoy myself. Buffets help but i like people watching, rather than being listened to. - one of the reasons i like photography i guess, a picture says a 1000 words so i dont have to

that's me all over then I wonder why I have no friend's that aren't related in someway, or who i'v met through my mum! Hardly see my old school friends now either. Now that's sad
