Hey everyone. Wow its been a while since ive been on here!
Anyway, after having my boy 11 months ago I lost 3 stone, have now gained some back so this thread is 'hopefully' going to be my motivation! Been trying to get back into it for 3 weeks now and its just not happening!
I have only 5 weeks and a few days before I go on holiday which I really want to lose weight for and tone up, so have decided to go the thermogenic food route and im looking for a buddy!

I'm not weighing myself, it drives me mad. Instead first thing tomorrow morning i'm going to measure myself and go by that.
The exercise plan is Brazil butt lift dvd, The abs diet workout and a dance workout which I havent chosen yet.
I'm going to post each evening what I have eaten during the day, what exercise I did and how I am feeling and MAYBE post some before pics to compare to the after ones in 5 weeks time.
So, whos in for the 5 week thermogenic challenge!?
