Thin Endometrial Stripe @ 4 weeks?

I went to the ER today for some cramping, and they did an ultrasound. They couldn't see a sac or anything. My hcg levels came back @ 220. I am reading my discharge paperwork and it says the endometrial stripe is only 4mm, and from what I'm reading that's really low. I will go back to the doctor on Monday to check my hcg levels again but right now I'm just trying to find someone that has had a similar experience.
