things you love about having a baby?

Did people only talk about bad thing about having baby to you?
I can tell it's tiring but it's all worth it
I didn't sleep in the first week because LO was feeding every hour but when i saw his first smile, it melted my heart
Every time I breastfeed him and he looks at me in the eyes, it's just so amazing
I love cuddle him even know he weighs 24lbs now at 7 months old,lol
Even when i fight to put the clothes on , change nappies, it's still great

Another part I don't like ;
moving him into his own room
change dirty nappies and he moves too much,lol
screaming screaming...

I love everything about being a mum and I was the least maternal person ever. ! I don't mind the dirty nappies, or doing the bottles or anything because everything else makes it so worthwhile. I love the way she smiles at me, and now she's starting to reach out and grab things, so when I give her the bottle she just stares at me and is reaching out and grabbing my face it's soo cute!
It can get frustrating when she has her little temper tantrums, and she does have a wicked temper, but it's all part of the package and the benefits far outweigh the stress!

wow thank you for all the replies! i am going to keep coming back to this thread to reread every time i start wishing i wasn't pregnant. i really hope i love my baby as much as you guys all do, the thing i am most scared of is the baby being born, and me ending up resenting them and turning into a mean horrible mother!

My little man is my whole world and waking up to here him babbling way even at 3am is all worth it !

Everything will change but being a mum is the best thing in the whole world. It is scary and hard work sometimes but everything worthwhile always is.

I just can't tell you how special it is - you just have to experience it.
