Well I got this this morning

The reason I am not believing it is because I had a miscarriage in May and my second cycle after that was as normal, I got spots after ovulation and then my af arrived on july 16th. Then I have been feeling bloated and tired but not overly and I have become spotty again not my ovulation date woukld have been Friday so 4 days ago!! So as you can see from the pics it is very strong, I can't be pregnant from this cycle as I would have been about 3 weeks now and it would not have been that dark would it???

I don't want to get my hopes as I have had 2 m/c this year and this is how they both started. I have had my first af in all of my last 3 pregnancies as my cycle is only 23-25 days!! What do you think??

Congratulations . There is no denying that you are preggo, i did the same tests that you have used last Monday and they werent even that dark (even though it is now)! Do you think you could of ovulated much earlier?? I totally understand how you are feeling as i've also had 2 mc's and i have done 25 tests since last Monday (crazy i know)!!

Well we didn't dtd until Tuesday last week so that was cd14 and that was since cd5 so I don't know if I did 9ov earlier but I didn't do an opk this month so I don't know!! I normally ov around day 15 so it would be a really rare thing if I did ov early!!

Could you have got pregnant in your last cycle and not known? My sister had a lot of spotting in her early pregnancy, some as heavy as a period, so much so that she thought she was miscarrying, but all was fine in the end... could be you didn't have a real period last month afterall?

If you've had your first AF while pregnant in the past it does look like you might have got pregnant in your last cycle?

It certainly looks as though I got pregnant in my previous cycle doesn't it!

I thought the line was too strong for this cycle as I am only on cd 21 today and got the result yesterday so cd20 and I don't normally ov til around day 16 so there is no chance!! I'm just so scared of ackowledging the pregnancy for now!!

You're definitely pregnant, that's for sure. I understand your fear of acknowledging your pregnancy following your miscarriage (if this is the reason?), but you are pregnant, and your bad luck in your previous pregnancy is no reason why this pregnancy should not be completely healthy.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage before I had Anna, and know how heartbreaking it is... I did do a pregnancy test out of... god knows what - curiosity? After the bleeding had stopped, and it came back negative. So I'd say that (especially as you have had another period since then) all the pregnancy hormone following your miscarriage will definitely have left your body by now - so the HCG the test is picking up must be from a new pregnancy - Congrats on that!

I'd say it looks like it's from your last cycle - Would that make you 6+5 pregnant? Because with Anna I tested around the same time, using the same kind of test and the lines looked just like yours - so I'd say, with such a strong bfp, you more than likely did conceive in your cycle before this one!

Thanks so much ladies. I am sure it is from my last cycle and according to everything I have worked out I will be 7 weeks tomorrow so let's hope I get a scan quick to confirm dates etc xxx

Congratulations Hunni, deffently two strong lines there!! can i just ask is that a true line test that you used?? if so i did two and they both came back negative I later took a first response and a clear blue and they were both positive I have now had an early scan and it has been confirmed I am in fact pregnant i assumed those true line tests didnt work?? If it is a true line you must have high amounts of pregnancy hormoune....hey maybe its twins?

they are just eBay cheapies hun. I have used them to confirm this pregnancy and it was the third in the last 10 months. My gp dont test again so just take your word for it and then send you for an early scan xxx
