This is real isn't it?!?

So my first month trying (goin by cm) since my little boy was born sleeping at 21 weeks in July, I had been convinced I'm pregnant for about a week!

Started with increased cm after I knew I'd ovulated, metallic taste in mouth, tired, round ligament pain, off certain foods and then today I was sick and having racing heart. Af was due today and wasn't here so tested with an Asda test on my dinner at work (classy I know) but it was bfn!

Got home at 6pm and had a delivery of cheapies and used one!

And just got this!!! It's real isn't it? What next? I'm making sure I take prenatal vitamins as well as aspirin this time but anything else I can do to put my mind at rest that I will go full term? ,
