What are you doing to drop baby weight?

I really want to start losing more weight. Just had DD2 6 weeks ago. I'm already down about 30 pounds. I've heard you shouldn't really be dieting or exercising while breastfeeding?
 
You can exercise, but you shouldn't drastically reduce your calories or diet by cutting out entire food groups as you don't want to hinder your milk supply and lose the nutrition needed for baby. I find that I can safely eat normal calories (not the extra 500 recommended) without dropping my supply as long as I'm eating healthy and drinking LOTS of water.

Exercise-wise you should be able to do things like walking or jogging, etc...
