Thoughts on my 12+6 scan?

My 20 week scan is this week, still not sure if we are going to find out the sex.

What do you reckon of our 12+6 scan? Any ideas? I've not got a clue where the nub is, let alone have a theory about it, so I'll let the experts do the guess work!
