I have always loved the name Mikaelyn (Mick-kay-lynn) and it's on my top 3, just want to know what others think of this name?
Would you pronounce it differently?
Do you have any spelling variations?
What would you use as a nickname for her?

Also, how would you pronounce Xavier??

I love it! I like that spelling. As for nickname, I'd probably go with Kay or Mickey.

I pronounce it "X-aye-vee-ur." I know some people say "Zay-vee-ur"

I really like Mikaelyn and would pronounce it exactly as you do. I've never head the name before but I think it's lovely for a girl! As for Xavier, as others have said, I pronounce the "X" as well. The street my dad grew up on was actually called Xavier Lane and that's how it was taught to me.

I like the name but the spelling did throw me for a minute, I have to admit! I would go for Kayla/Kaela as a nn.

I'm going to be the odd one out with Xavier though, I would pronounce it Zay-vee-uh. Purely because my friend's brother has that name and that is how he pronounces it.
