I get it after bowel movements. Ugh. It's awful. I did a quick Google search - although I'd never recommend you use Dr Google yourself because it's like 1000 Ways to Die out there... But tons of other first trimester folks reported the same thing, long ago, and have their babies.

I had this a week ago it felt like everything was tightening up down there just really weird feeling and was uncomfortable I couldnt sit.
I have also recently noticed an increase in discharge the past few days. I haven't had hardly any for about 2 weeks. I was more worried I didn't have any. I think our bodies will do some funny things, With things coming and going all the time.

My discharge is white and mucousy (sorry tmi) which I hear is quite normal every time I feel wet tho I fear it's blood and the throbbing pain is very unsettling it's as if baby is going to fall out xx
