Have been on antibiotics for 2 weeks due to having pyelonephritis, and they have caused me to develop really bad thrush
Can I use the caneston over the counter creams and pessarys or do I need to see the doctor cuz I can't get an appt until the 8th dec and think I will be driven mad by then

As far as I know, it's fine to use during pregnancy. U poor thing, you need relief ASAP!

Canestan is fine during pregnancy!

Unless your allergic to it, like me, then its more like a blow torch than a soothing cream!

i went to see my gyno yesterday because i was feeling uneasy 'down there' and turns out i have a yeast infection, boo. i was in so much discomfort. she told me to take the 3 day vaginal tablet suppository - canestan. she said its safe.
