OK enough is enough, I am huge and need to do something about it.

I've had pnd for a while and so haven't given a rats arse about what I look like, but after a month of taking tablets I am starting to come out of it and so I want to feel good about myself and to do that I have to loose some serious weight.

So today I started my new healthy lifestyle, eating sensibly and walking for at least an hour a day.

I'm going to record everything I eat on here and give myself little rewards if I reach my target weight each week.

Monday 1st June - 14st4lbs :cry:
Target weight for 8th June 14st 2lbs
Reward if I make it - haircut!
 
Day 1 food

1 piece toast.
Bowl branflakes with semi milk
WW tuna and sweetcorn sarni
Wholewheat pasta and veg with soy sauce
Packet of walkers french fries

Not too bad lol

I hate hate hate dieting, but I've always been a curvy girl and so it has always been part of my life.

Never tho have I been obese before and I am now :cry:

Yes please hun, I need much motivation!
 
What a great idea with small targets and rewards.

I try and eat as much fruit and veg as possible to help fill me up.

I love the feeling of being good allday and eating no junk and it motivates me then for the next day and so on.... it is hard though :( i miss crisps :hissy:

and I totally agree with the above post :):) it makes you feel great like you have achieved something :)
 
Doing well today! Feeling good and have ordered a massive tesco shop which will come tonight full of healthy yummy things!!

Day 2 food

2 pieces toast with marmalade ( no butter)
Bowl of wholewheat pasta and veg.
WW tuna sarni (no butter)
Packet french fries
Tomatoes
1 piece of brown soda bread


Exercise

2 hour walk :happydance:


The days are easy, it is when Alfie goes to bed, then I just want to relax and eat chocolate! :rofl:

Well done with the food hun try and get past your sugar craving tonight!! you will feel so much better for it tomorrow :happydance: xx

Been busy, busy, busy, so not had time to get on, I've got to try and remember all the food I have eaten over the past 2 days now!
 
Day 3

3 pieces of brown soda bread ( no butter)

Huge plate of salad with a small slice of healthy living quiche

Huge bowl of fresh rasberries, strawberries and pinneaple.


Exercise

2 hour walk
 
Day 4

3 pieces of brown soda bread (no butter)

WW yoghurt

Half a small granary baguette with tiger prawns and a this scraping of extra light mayo

Packet of WW cheesy puffs ( :rofl: always makes me laugh)

Apple

WW maco cheese micro meal

2 caramel snackajacks.


Exercise

1 hour of housework ( I hope this counts) :rofl:

half an hour of cutting the lawn.


Hmmmm quite a lot of food today, but nothing actually bad of fattening so hoping that is ok :blush:
 
Day 5

WW yoghurt

2 pieces of toast with this scraping of marge

small bowl pasta and sauce

ww cheesy puffs

Stir fry wth veg and noodles

3 snackajacks

Day 6

2 eggs
2 pieces toast (no butter)
apple
ww yoghurt
4 snackajacks

Then a BAD night I had 4 fajitas, yes 4!!!!!!!!! Only with quorn, onions and peppers, I didn't have any fattening extras but still i should have only had 2.
 
I really hope I have lost when I weigh on Monday I cannot believe it is nearly a week already!

I feel thinner but you just never know!
