tinned ravioli... is it ok?

So munching on a small lunch before going to work, ravioli on toast... but is it okay to eat? i know your meant to avoid hot dogs and stuff and i know tinned meat isnt great... bit worried now :S

I never avoided it with my other 2! No idea if it's officially ok or not but i'd say don't worry

??? im not sure? i saw my midwife last week and she didnt say anything about not eating tinned meat? just to make sure that all meat i eat is cooked through well. I presume that it is ok or i would have thought the midwife would have said otherwise

I would have thought it was fine so long as you follow the instructions and reheat it well?!

As far as I know none of the above is on the food to be avoided list.

If you check out the NHS and the Food Standards Agency websites they have some very good information.

I think its ok as long as its heated so its piping hot. x
