I have done tons of research so I'm willing to share. Time your ovulation. Better luck to have sex before it and on the exact day not after. No fore play. Saliva can kill sperm and even some lubrcaints can. Enjoy it. When a women has an orgasm the sperm are more likely to go to the cervix. Have sex every other day. Let the sperm have time to refuel. It won't hurt to put a pilliow under your hips and lay there with your legs in the air for 20 or 25 minutes. Give the sperm time to travel! Take vitamens with folic acid so that the baby is protected even before conceiving! So research like me and don't be afraid to ask any questions! I'm going to start taking a new pill called fertibella it's suppose to help were i have irregular cycles and i don't even think i ovulate! Wish me luck and keep updated!! I love new friends
