Tiramisu ?

I am home for Christmas and I want to cook for my family. I have decided that I am going to make then spinach and feta puff pastry with roast veggies and a mushroom risotto. I would like to make Tiramisu for desert as it's my mums all time favourite desert and I want to try and make it from scratch rather than buy a shop brought one. Does anyone have any easy recipes for Tiramisu ?

I love tiramisu but unfortunately i cant eat it because of the raw eggs used. I have a recipe but I dont have it with me right now! The secret ingredient would be some nice tia maria splashed in with the coffee
