tmi but constipation?

what is safe for constipation i have tried extra fiber and drinking more but to no avail and it is annoying me now...im 22 weeks pregnant. it doesnt help that i am on iron tablets as it is a side affect of that. any suggestions

im not sure to be honest maybe senokot maybe safe in pregnancy, maybe check with your pharmacist I know how frustrating it is i never suffered through pregnancy but i am after im the other way round hope u find releif soon Xx
