TMI! how to keep little swimmers inside:)

ok, so this is a bit embarrassing .....
but here it goes... How do you lovely ladies keep the little inside after you ? Its like as soon as he is done and pulls out, it just spills out all over the place!! It seems like it all comes out! How do I know that there are even any left inside me? I need ideas of how to keep those little swimmers in there! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

either lay down for 10+ minutes or use soft cups. I've tried them before but I can't get them in right and I feel like I'm blocking my cervix. Some women swear by them though. I got mine at a drugstore for cheap (Walgreens) Good luck xxxx

I think this had been asked on here before and answer is basically stay lying down for a while and maye put pillow under your bum..... but to be honest I have tried this and still think a lot falls out.

I do however think its perfectly normal and not actually sperm that comes out as ppl get pregnant and are not even trying so I think we are all Judy trying to hard snd over thinking things. I know easy to say don't worry/think so much about it but we are on our 8th cycle now and its all I think about....lol.... but trying the whole positive thinking...lol

I put in an Instead softcup immediately, before even getting up. Just keep it next to the bed...or stairs...or kitchen table...wherever you are doing the

i have a towel underneath me and once he is done, before he pulls out i reach down and grab the towel and kind of wrap it around his, well u know, and then as he pulls out i shove the towel there. then i get him to help me put a pillow under and sit there for 30-60 mins, i have gotten it down so that none usually comes out anymore. lol

Ourfate- I tried your method earlier and it worked! No little swimmers fell out! Thanks again! I have to add, I don't know if it was your method or if DP just had super shooter today, but even after laying with my butt up in the air for 30 minutes, I went to the bathroom and nothing came out! lol. It stayed up there for almost 2 more hours! Wish I knew if I was ovulating or not! Praying for my eggo to be preggo

Tell him to NOT pull out as soon as he cums, try and lay there with him on top of you for a minute or two and then when evenutally he's off you, put a pillow under your bum and if you have a headboard rest your legs on the headboard for 15+ I usually last 25 mins ish! Some of the sperm will come out unless your willing to stay in bed layed down for a few hours ( only time I can do this is when I'm soo tired I fall asleep ) x

Most of what falls out is actually just the fluid that they need to travel out of his penis, those little buggers are fast and start swimming away instantly.

I tried pre seed last night for the first time, and after we were done I laid with my feet up for 40 minutes, when i got up it was like a gush of fluid... I really hope the got up there. ..

you shoule be getting up and going pee after to lower the risk of infection, all of DH swimmers are already well on their way.. I do however get leakage occasionally for the next 12-18 or so hours I've recently noticed..

i get my hubby to stay in there for a bit untill i get ready ha to either put a soft cup in, which ive done afew times and have it ready before we have sex,

or i make sure my legs are able to get out before he pulls out and put my bum staight in the air on the wall,

sperm is in there anyway because he ejaculate whilst inside you and it is at the back and then with your legs up it should fall back down if more comes out! hope that makes sense x

You have to keep TTC interesting! Plus if you're already on the stairs you can just stay put if your legs are up......

I like to pee after but I have been waiting between 10 and 30 minutes. The past two times I waited 30 min.

My DH puts a pillow under my bum, and then he sits facing me and I put my legs up on his shoulders. I usually only last about 5 minutes because of my pain. That's pretty much it.

TMI The first time we DTD without a condom, I was SO surprised at how much sperm came out of me when I went to the potty.
