To test or not to test?

I'm 8 months pp. Got my period right away since she has always been such an amazing sleeper. My periods have not been consistent at all. It's gone like this 39,33,26,25,33 and now I'm on day 37.
My dh traveled a ton for work last month and according to numbers or any day I may have suspected ovulation, he was not even home. I don't feel pregnant but I also don't feel af coming. We have been ntnp but definitely more in the nt side
What do you think? Wait a few more days or test now?
I have been ebf as she has zero interest in solids.

Of course I should have known that as soon as I post this, run out grab some tests, af shows up! Next time I'll post and purchase sooner just to get her to come!

Yeah that usually happens to me but waits until I've done a test then voila here she is - I think she's in cahoots with the testing companies!
